One of our co-owners has been in the business for over 30 years, and in that time, watched the industry change. That change has meant businesses cutting corners and selling things consumers don’t need or want. Our company has taken off over the past eight years because we emphasize the quality that has disappeared in the industry.
Almost everyone on our team has worked in the industry for at least ten years, so we are all seasoned professionals. It is very important to us to take care of our people so that when a repeat customer calls and requests a specific crew, they are available and ready to go.

How Does the Process Work?
One of the main things that sets us apart is an initial face-to-face meeting when we survey the items that will be moved and meet the client. We then provide a binding or “not to exceed” quote so that there are no unpleasant surprises.
For the actual move, we own 10 trucks, and the oldest is from 2018. We use the latest equipment and technology and provide our customers with the cleanest experience possible. We know that moving can be stressful, so we try to make our part in it as stress-free as possible.
When we are moving the items to their final destination, we will move them around until they are in the exact spot the customer prefers. We then follow up with the customer to make sure they are 100% happy and satisfied.

Do You Work Outside of Chicago?
Yes. While about 50% of our business comes from within 25 miles of the city, the other 50% is out-of-state moves. We will move anything that fits in a moving container.
