Brad found me through Zillow, and we had a great time working together. I always say real estate is a business built in relationships, and it has been wonderful to stay in touch even after his closing. We have worked together on adding his personal touch to his new home, but with an eye on resale as well. Helping clients make their house a home is one of my favorite parts of my job!

How did you find Millie?
I was looking for homes on Zillow and kept coming across the Millie Rosenbloom team, so I reached out. Once I spoke to them about the market, I knew what I wanted and that they were the right team. 

Did you buy or sell? 
I bought a home in a more residential-feeling neighborhood. I was renting in River North at the time and was ready for a change. Millie opened my eyes to questions I didn’t even know existed like how one property is a better investment than another, and how one property stacks up differently in the market. 

Did you use any of Millie’s recommended vendors? 
Yes, so many. Even after I closed Millie and I were still working together on my home – also helping me thinking about resale value. I used her recommended lawyer, inspector, designer and carpenter. 

What was the most memorable part of working with Millie? 
Definitely her responsiveness. Millie was always so quick to respond. Because I was a first-time buyer, her education throughout the process was very important to me. 

What would you say to a friend about Millie? 
Millie is trustworthy, and is going to guide you to the right place. She won’t force you into anything, and would never recommend a home she doesn’t think is a good fit for you.
