I have known Puneet many years, and he is also the relative of another long-term client. We have worked on several transactions together, and for this most recent sale of their home, Puneet and his wife were out of town. My team and I handled everything from refinishing hardwood floors to selecting paint colors and working with the painters. How did you find Millie?
I don’t know! We have used her for such a long time now, I cannot remember who referred her to us. The first time we worked with Millie was back in 2005 or 2006, and we have used her for a handful or more of transactions at this point.

Yes, this time around we used a handyman and attorney she recommended, and I believe we have used more of her recommended folks in the past. All were good experiences.
What is the most memorable part of working with Millie?
Millie is very real and practical – a true straight shooter with great insights. Millie really takes the time to understand your priorities and what you are trying to accomplish, and then offers options based on her understanding. She is never driven by her own self-interest.
What would you say to a friend about Millie?
Use her! I trust her implicitly. If you can’t tell, my recommendation is glowing. I have experienced other brokers in the past and had not so good experiences. With Millie, you get someone who is in your corner.
