How Did You Meet/find Millie?
I believe I originally heard Millie’s name from my dad. But when it came time to buy a home, I looked at Crain’s Chicago 15 years ago and found the top brokers in the city. I called all of the top five and Millie actually answered the phone and we had a great conversation. I have worked with Millie ever since, which has been several transactions over the years!
Did You Buy or Sell?
The original home I bought with Millie we also sold together, then bought a new home that we just sold and now I am looking for something to buy.
Did You Use Any of Millie’s Recommended Vendors?
All of them! Whenever Millie recommends someone, they are always the best – because she is the best! Over the years I have used her lawyer, handyman, and lender. Plus, whatever updates Millie tells me to do, I do! If she tells me to update paint colors, tile, and backsplash, she leads the ship! And even if I need a referral that is not real estate-related, she has known someone amazing every time.
What is the Best Part of Working With Millie?
When Millie and I work together we are both so happy! It’s a really good feeling working with Millie because I know that things are going to be done well, so I can have fun and enjoy the process instead of worrying. The home we just sold, went under contract in four days with a bidding war! Millie is a sparkly and loving human, and a pleasure to work with and spend time with.
